Frank V. Traina
Thirty years inside the work, most of it where there was no playbook.
For thirty years, Frank Traina has worked in the gap between a good plan and a working reality.
At Accenture, he led strategy and delivery across healthcare, life sciences, tech, media, and federal programs, including large, complex solutioning for the federal government. At Slalom, he launched and ran a regional digital practice, opening sixty new client relationships. At EY, as a Managing Director, he built and led a $30M advisory business and served as CIO of an advanced-therapies platform, an ecosystem he carried from concept to enterprise adoption, supporting a class of treatments where a single broken handoff can cost a patient their only option. His methodologies supported $2.5B blockbuster franchise growth for a global pharmaceutical client. At Veeva, he took a Fortune 50 life sciences partnership from zero in R&D to nine figures.
The thread through all of it is the same: building mission-critical capability where none existed, with fewer people than the work demanded, in rooms where failure wasn't an option. That is the work Traina Business Partners was built to do.
“The best part of this work isn't fixing the problem. It's watching a newly empowered team excited about their part in the path forward.”
